Refund & Deferral Policy

Life happens. Putting on a race takes upfront work and committed costs, so we can't always do cash refunds — but we'll work with you where we can.

The basics

We don't issue cash refunds. We do issue deferral credits if you can't make it, as long as you let us know at least 8 weeks before the race. Deferral credits are good for 365 days from your original event date.

Within 2 weeks of the race we can't issue refunds or credits. Injuries, training setbacks, and schedule conflicts don't qualify for exceptions inside that window — sorry.

Race cancellation

If we have to cancel or postpone a race due to weather, park closures, government action, or anything else outside our control, we don't issue refunds. We'll reschedule when possible or find a reasonable alternative.

Military deployment

Active-duty military with deployment orders that conflict with race day — reach out. We'll figure something out.

Pregnancy & postpartum

If you become pregnant or recently gave birth, you have options:

• Full entry credit for the same distance at a future race
• The equivalent dollar value applied to multiple shorter distances or to bring a friend along

Pregnancy-related credits are valid for 3 years from the original race date.
