Welcome to our new site! Some info may still be missing — we’re working on it. See something we missed? Drop us a line and we’ll get to it soon.
Volunteer

Races don't run themselves.

Every cowbell. Every PB&J. Every flag in the ground. All of it takes people who show up. Volunteers are the reason our races feel the way they do.

What we need

Aid station captains, aid station crew, course marshals, finish-line help, packet pickup, parking direction, trail marking, post-race cleanup, medical support. Short shifts, long shifts, full days — whatever you can give, we'll find a spot.

How it works

Every volunteer shift earns you credits. Rack up enough credits and you can redeem them for a free entry to a future race. The bigger the race you want, the more credits it takes. Simple.

+ Good food. Better company. A volunteer shirt.

Credit Redemption

What your credits are worth.

One shift = one credit. Use them how you want, when you want. Credits don't expire.

Trail work hours

Some of our races (like Shore2Shore) ask you to put in a few hours of trail work or volunteer time. We coordinate with the Long Island Greenbelt and local trail associations — their work days count, ours count, anything that gets dirt moved counts.

Reach out if you're not sure what qualifies.
